Acceptable Use Policy

• Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way. We report it to the authorities.
• Sexual or intimate imagery of a real person without their consent, including “undressing” or face-swapping someone into such content.
• Impersonating a real person, or creating deceptive media of real people (deepfakes) meant to mislead, defame, harass or defraud — including fake news, fake endorsements and election disinformation.
• Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or incites violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
• Instructions or help for weapons capable of mass harm (biological, chemical, nuclear, radiological) or other serious crimes.
• Malware, phishing, spam and other fraud, or content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy.
• Harassment, threats, or content that encourages self-harm.

• Don’t share, sell or publish API keys, or resell access to the Service as a thin wrapper without our written agreement.
• Don’t try to get around rate limits, spend limits, billing or content filters, or access other users’ data.
• Don’t probe, scan or overload our systems or the providers’ systems, except through a security disclosure to [email protected].
• Don’t use outputs to build a competing model where the provider’s terms forbid it.

Label AI-generated media where the law or a platform requires it, especially realistic images, audio or video of people. Don’t present AI output as professional advice (medical, legal, financial) without human review.

Providers and we may filter requests automatically; blocked requests are not charged. We may investigate reports, remove outputs, revoke API keys and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and report illegal content to the authorities.
