ANKY.AI gives you one account, one API key system and one prepaid wallet to run generative AI models (image, video, audio and text) that are provided by third-party AI model providers. We route each request to a provider, return the result and charge your wallet.

Models, options and prices change as providers change them. We may add, pause or remove models at any time; a model’s availability is shown on its page and on the status page.

• You must give accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account and API keys. Keep keys secret; we show a key only once and store only a hash of it. Revoke a key from the dashboard if it may have leaked — usage made with a key before it is revoked is charged to your wallet.
• If you use the Service for a business, you accept these terms on its behalf.

• The Service is prepaid. You top up your wallet and tasks are paid from it. Credits are denominated in US dollars and do not expire.
• Each model’s price depends on the options you choose and is shown before you run it and on the pricing page. When a task starts we hold its price; we charge it only if the task succeeds and release the hold if it fails.
• Prices may change at any time; the price shown when a task is created is the price you pay for it.
• Customers with a billing address in India pay in rupees, are charged GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) on top-ups and receive a tax invoice. Customers outside India pay in US dollars and are invoiced as an export of services; Indian IGST is added to those top-ups until our Letter of Undertaking is in force, after which they are zero-rated. Rupee amounts are converted from US dollars at a daily reference rate plus a small buffer, shown before you pay.
• Credits are not a bank deposit, carry no interest and cannot be transferred between accounts. Refunds of unspent credits are covered by the Refund Policy.

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the usage rules of the underlying model providers. We may block requests, suspend accounts or report content where the law requires it.

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts, images and other inputs you send, and — as between you and us — you own the outputs generated for you, subject to the terms of the model provider and applicable law. You are responsible for having the rights to your inputs and for how you use outputs.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other people’s outputs. Review them before relying on or publishing them.

We process inputs and outputs only to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Outputs are stored for a limited time; download anything you want to keep.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; it depends on third-party providers. Rate limits and account levels shown in your settings may change. We may change these terms; if a change is material we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create risk for other users or providers, or where the law requires it. If we close your account without cause, we will refund your unspent credits; if we close it for a breach, unspent credits may be forfeited to the extent the law allows.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of outputs.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thane, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
