Refund Policy

When a task starts we place a hold on its price. If the task fails, times out or is cancelled by us, the hold is released automatically and nothing is charged. You can see every hold, charge and release in your wallet history.

If a task succeeded but the output is unusable because of a fault on our side or the provider’s (for example a broken or empty file), contact us within 14 days with the task ID and we will refund the charge to your wallet.

We do not refund successful tasks because the result was not what you hoped for — AI outputs vary, and the price is shown before you run.

• You can ask for a refund of unspent credits from a top-up within 30 days of that top-up. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
• Only credits you paid for can be refunded; bonus, trial and promotional credits cannot.
• Payment processor fees that are not returned to us may be deducted. For rupee payments, we refund the rupee amount you paid for the unspent portion, including the GST on it, and issue a credit note.
• After 30 days credits remain in your wallet and never expire, but are not refundable except where the law requires or under the next section.

If we close your account without cause, or discontinue the Service, we refund all unspent paid credits. If your account is closed for breaking the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, unspent credits may be forfeited to the extent the law allows.

Email [email protected] from your account email with the payment or task ID. We reply within 3 business days; approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, and your bank may take a few more days to show them.
