The Service is operated under the registered trade name ANKY.AI, Unit No. 324, 3rd Floor, Centura Square Building, Plot No. B-44 & B-44A, S.G. Barve Road, Wagle Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604, India (GSTIN 27IOTPK8611A1ZO). Contact: [email protected].

We are the data fiduciary (controller) for account, billing and usage data.

• Account: name, email, password hash or Google sign-in identifier, profile picture if you provide one.
• Billing: country, company name, GSTIN and billing address you enter; top-up history, invoices and wallet ledger. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage: the tasks you run (model, options, status, price), the prompts and files you send and the outputs generated, API key names and prefixes, webhook URLs you configure.
• Technical: IP address, browser and device information and session records, used for security and to keep you signed in.
• Support: messages you send us through the contact form or email.

• To provide the Service: run your tasks, return results, keep your wallet and invoices correct.
• To meet legal duties such as tax invoicing, accounting and responding to lawful requests.
• To keep the Service secure: detect abuse, fraud and breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy.
• To communicate about your account (receipts, security notices, material changes). We send marketing email only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
• With your consent, to understand how the website is used through analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it for us under contract:

• Third-party AI model providers receive the inputs of each task you run so they can generate the output. They receive your prompt and files, not your name or email.
• Payment processors (for rupee and dollar top-ups) receive what they need to take your payment.
• Infrastructure providers for hosting, content delivery, file storage and transactional email.

Some of these providers are outside India, so your data may be processed in other countries. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

• Generated outputs and uploaded files are kept for a limited period (shown on the Requests page of your dashboard) and then may be deleted. Download anything you want to keep.
• Task records and the wallet ledger are kept while your account is open and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 8 years in India).
• When you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal data, except what we must keep by law.

You can access and correct your data in the dashboard, export your requests and billing history, and close your account from Settings. You can also ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights — write to [email protected].

If you are not satisfied with our answer you can contact our grievance officer (Grievance Officer, ANKY.AI, [email protected]), and then the Data Protection Board of India or your local authority.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as currency. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s cookies.

Data is encrypted in transit. API keys are stored only as a hash, passwords are hashed, and staff access to accounts is limited by role and logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post changes here and update the date above; material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard.
